Dr. Aboobacker Sidheeque is an academic and researcher with nearly four decades of teaching and leadership experience in Commerce and Management Sciences. A retired Associate Professor of Commerce and Management Studies at the University of Calicut, Dr. Sidheeque has held several significant academic positions, including Director/Coordinator at the School of Management Studies, University of Calicut, and Head of the Department in leading institutions across India, Sultanate of Oman, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management area from University of Calicut and has taught at Mazoon College for Mangt. and Applied Sciences, Muscat (affiliated to Missouri Rolla University, USA) and Jubail University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gaining 17 years of international experience. He has guided over 200 postgraduate and doctoral projects, with research spanning Human Resource Management, Behavioral Finance, Islamic Banking, and Corporate Governance.

Dr. Sidheeque has published widely in reputed journals and presented at national and international conferences. He has also served in key academic roles, including Chairman of the Board of Studies in Commerce at Calicut University, Coordinator of UGC Refresher courses for College and university professors, and Examiner for doctoral theses for many universities. With a career marked by teaching, research, and academic administration, he continues to contribute to scholarship and higher education in Commerce and Management Studies.
